Shipping

Orders will be shipped within one week unless noted otherwise. To protect your purchase during transit I will wrap every item with much care and send it to you in a firm box.

Shipping costs

Within the Netherlands: 7 EUR
Within the EU: 13 EUR
To the US: €29 EUR (temporary due to the import policies)
Rest of the World: €20 EUR

When you live in the Netherlands you can choose to collect your purchase at my studio:

Refunds

In the event of an item being damaged in transit, please take a photo of the damaged item and the box and contact me as soon as possible. I will replace or refund any item that have been damaged due to shipping.
